Today I'm using three different trading tools and indicators: Bollinger Bands, Stochastic RSI and MACD.

Bollinger Bands show we are right at the moving average ($3,695). High ranges at $3,720 and low ranges at $3,665.

Stochastic RSI indicates overbought conditions (95).

MACD shows we are below the Zero Line but the histogram is positive and tapering down. We need a crossover at the Zero Line or for the histogram to be sustained in the positive to prevent a re-test of the mid $3K support levels.

Price Targets:

Entry $3,100- $3,750

Exit $3,850- $4,600

Yesterday morning Bitcoin lost around 3.3% in just an hour (11AM) to test the low $3,600 range. It has had trouble recovering since only going as high as $3,745 and losing 0.4% dominance to alt-coin markets.

31 different alts in the top 100 are in the green today while Bitcoin is still down on the day.

I would ladder buy entries starting at the current price ($3,700), at the previous dip price for the past 24 hours $3,625, and then from $3,550 all the way down to $3,100 in $50 or $100 increments. This is a buyers market right now and the long term players are accumulating at these prices.
