Another great posting! Thank you so much for that. A newbie question: which crypto coin exchange has btc/usd trading pair, & what are good exchanges you (& other folks) would recommend? I know gdax has btc/usd pair, but it has very limited other coin trading pairs. Thanks advance for your help.
