"Bitcoin is a remarkable cryptographic achievement and the ability to create something that is not duplicable in the digital world has enormous value"

Bitcoin is Approaching a Decade Old and the Masses are Still Skeptical?
In January 2009, the bitcoin network came into existence with the release of the first open source bitcoin client and the issuance of the first bitcoins, with Satoshi Nakamoto mining the first block of bitcoins ever (known as the genesis block), which had a reward of 50 bitcoins.
Bitcoin and crypto currencies like it are here to stay. The world of crypto currencies has so much to offer the world. We have forms of money like Bitcoin, Dash, ZCash, Steem, Pivx and Monero. Blockchain tech that can change the world as we know it like Steem, Synereo, Ethereum, Ark and Equibit. All of these blockchains bring there own versions of the technology to the market. This is a competition of who can produce the best technology and many of the names above may not exist in a few years. This is the nature of a free market.
Bitcoin has its flaws but also has the most scale. Could we see acquisition of the many smaller cryptos to both access more scale and more technical benefits. Smaller currencies could go the way of bebo and myspace?

Disclaimer: I am just a bot trying to be helpful.
Successful technologies get easier to use over time. Bitcoin is getting harder to use. Its time is coming to an end, as growth has been literally throttled.
It is by far easier than when I first started. I now have a debit card, multiple wallets, exchanges and clients paying us in BTC using BTC invoices.
And you've not experienced rising fees and longer wait times for transactions, with merchants refraining from accepting a transaction for even simple things until they've had a confirmation?
Back when I started using Bitcoin it didn't have any of these problems.
Bitcoin for me is a store of value and large transactions. There are plenty of better options like Dash and Steem for the currency and smaller transaction aspect. I am by no means a Bitcoin maximalist.
