Bittrex and Bitfinex are pretty good, try to avoid Kraken: it's a pain in the neck to set up your ladders and laggy as hell!
Binance is currently my preferred exchange. Use two factor authentication to avoid withdrawal delays. Maximum withdrawal of 2BTC/day, without verification. Changelly is also very reliable, and charge 0.5% fee.
