That's a very interesting proposal.
Though, I feel the reason may be that existing cloud enterprises have built centralized stacks, which have cost billions. It's a very dangerous move for them to shift so suddenly.
It leaves room for new startups, like DeepCloud AI, to bring the novel solutions.
