As of July 31, 2017 there is one incident.

As of July 31, 2017 @ 5:20 PM Pacific Time - There is a planned Bitcoin hard fork. During the time of Tuesday, August 1st from 12:20 AM GMT (Monday, July 31st 5:20 PM Pacific GMT-7) you should not send bitcoin until this is resolved. Exchanging will be disabled completely.
