STEEM Update: No change to Cup and Handle Call
Until the handle goes below the bottom of the cup, it is still valid. My call remains the same. PATIENCE is needed. Every handle on a cup has a variation and the handle can take it's unique time to form.
Here is a picture of tea cups..look how varying the handles are!
