Here is Qtum with a double rounding bottoms that make up a larger one. Wait! This looks very similar to STEEM! Ha! Check out the Cup and Handle Pattern! Bullish!

    That handle formation isn't done yet. It will in that upper/bottom trend lines until it can break out of the upper trend line. Please look up the cup and handle formation to review.
