ETH CLASSIC (ETC) Update: Two paths to go by....which one?

The bullish breakout from the down sloping triangle was decisive but I'm not yet sensing the needed vigor from ETC! Also, the non-phasic cycle of Altcoins to Bitcoin has taken out some mojo from the Altcoins. This means prices either continue ascending from current levels or needs to dip a little and perhaps touch the upper white line before launching higher.
