ADEX (ADX) Update: The Resistance Line
Here is an updated chart of ADX. It displays a Head and Shoulders Top Bearish pattern that has played out. The Left Shoulder (LS), Head (H) and Right Shoulder (RS) with the Neck Line (red line) are clearly marked. A very classic pattern and adheres to all the rules. As the Neck Line was breached prices took an orderly decline from $0.95 to current $0.75 level.
The black line represents a resistance level which ADX must overcome decisively to give any confidence of a trend reversal. Until this happens, all other projections are on hold. Let's see how the price action plays out today.
