"I am not a fan of Bitcoin and other Cryptocurrencies, which are not money, and whose value is highly volatile and based on thin air. Unregulated Crypto Assets can facilitate unlawful behavior, including drug trade and other illegal activity...."

Also suggests Facebook apply for a charter as a bank if it wants to get into the banking business.....

Basically, the power to create/coin money should reside with national governments. What we have now is a usurpation and what cryptocurrencies actually amount to is just another sort of usurpation.
