Good analysis @dollarvigilante. But I believe that the Chinese government has the power to send out such a message from time to time, to let the crypto market crash and then grab cheap Bitcoins. That is indeed criminal.
What should be done, is totally ignore any news out of the Chinese governments mouth, and let the markets ride. Traders and investors should not be naive and keep the peace!
