Absolutely not! Bitcoin Cash came in at the wrong time just when Bitcoin was starting to get traction with general person in the community. If it screws up Bitcoin long term resulting in a lack of trust for cryptos generally then this has all been a waste of time. Support Bitcoin and lets keep on the right track.
