Bitcoin to Hit 15,000 in 2017

Masterluc now predicts that Bitcoin will reach $15,000 before the end of this year. What’s more, he believes that Bitcoin will reach a price of $40,000 - $110,000 by the end of this bull run. • Thailand Post Will Begin Using Blockchain Tech This Year. The State Railway of Thailand and Thailand Post will reportedly develop and apply blockchain and Internet of Things (IoT) technology as early as 2017’s end. According to a report today by the Bangkok Post, the State Railway of Thailand (SRT) and Thailand Post, both state-owned operators of the country’s railways and postal services respectively, are implementing decentralized inn ovation to improve their logistics operations in the country. Thailand Post could adopt and use blockchain technology for high-value packages including luxury items by the end of 2017 or early 2018, according to its director Thitipong Nandhabiwat. • Ethereum Breaks Blockchain Transaction Record, Price Steady. The Ethereum network has recorded a record 410,000 transactions in the last 24 hours - more than any Blockchain ever, reports say. Co-founder Vitalik Buterin retweeted the data Tuesday which should 410,061 transactions completed in what reporting source ethgasstation says “is the highest ever recorded for any public Blockchain.” The figures put Ethereum firmly ahead of Bitcoin in terms of transaction numbers, the latter confirming around 255,000 according to Blockchain.info. ETH has remained fairly stable in price over the past week, hovering around $300 without significant wavering. (Cointelegraph)
