Um...........the decision is playing out. SegWit2x will be implemented and all will be okay. DO you think miners will purposefully destroy themselves or that the community will commit suicide to make a point? Markets will always be rational at the end of the day even if you take into account booms and busts.
For sure, but until the announcement comes out saying it's going to be ok from something official you'll still have many new traders trading on FUD.
But traders arent the only thing driving the BTC market. THats the beauty of this market, its accessible by everyone.
