BITCOIN POTENTIAL
Hello steemians!
Bitcoin has made a huge rise in profits in recent weeks and continues to thrive. How long will it last? is it a bubble? who knows!
I think bitcoin will rise up close to the $5000 mark but will indefinitely crash at some point in the near future (next year i estimate). Tensions between U.S and N Korea are increasing which could seriously damage the market, not only for bitcoin but for all cryptos out there. ( warning for those of you thinking of investing).
All i would say is on this topic is:
whats the point in living your life in fear of losing money, money is gained, lost and found every day. Privileged lives everybody desires will not come withought some risk.
Invest small amounts reinvest your profits and build from that. Alternately buy coins low, and sell them when the price peaks. obvious advise but its amazing the amount of people i see who get into this world expecting big returns quick..

I think the whole crypto market BTC and most of the altcoins will see a huge correction soon. That is not bad itself - in my opinion the steep rise in price is just a hype. When this happens, I will buy in more ....but not yet and especially not at 4000 - 5000 USD
Very good point doonaberlin, im waiting for the BTC to crash which i think it will in the next year. I believe it will drop price drastically over a period of time and rise back up to a stable figure $2000-3000 for long term
Do you really think that war would have a negative effect on cryptocurrencies? I think opposite, i think that political tension could increase the potential of cryptocoins because governments can't touch it.
i understand where your coming from and the potential is incredible, its likely bitcoin is the future currency for the world but in the near future if nuclear war kicked off it would indefinitely effect the BTC price, look at past catastrophic events. Even the london bombings a few month ago effected the price.
