Decentraland is a virtual reality platform built on the Ethereum blockchain.

It’s one of my favorite projects. And I last wrote about it in April.

Let’s see what’s new.

The first bit of news is that Decentraland partnered with Dapper, which looks to be an advanced wallet.

Per the Dapper website Dapper enables you easily connect to the blockchain, discover the best apps and collectibles, enjoy free gas, exclusive drops, and more.

If you install Dapper through Decentraland’s Builder, you can get a free CryptoKitty.

Decentraland also released the updated SDK, aka software developer kit. Check out all the new features of SDK 6.1.

    I like the idea behind Decentraland but the more I see the more I feel like graphically it just isn’t there. Overhauling the graphics later is possible but due to system spec requirements, the game being decentralised, etc it’ll likely never happen
