An Update on Decentraland’s Creator Contest
Two weeks ago Decentraland released Builder, its easy-to-use drag-and-drop scene editor.
And with it the Creator Contest… a chance to build scenes and win MANA and LAND prizes.
I last wrote about it here.
On April 1 the contest finished, read on below for the latest update.
Here’s some info and stats from the Creator contest:
Decentraland received over 9,000 scene submissions
Over 4,000 builders participated
Decentraland estimates over 50% of privately owned land is now developed
The future of the Builder tool – enabling the creation of dynamic content
In a couple of weeks Decentraland will announce the five finalists and distribute the LAND and MANA prizes to the fifty top builders
Decentraland will also distribute the 100 MANA rewards for each qualifying scene
