above is my newsletter link . this is to document on steemits time stamped blockchain my official opinion to exchange 20% of account value denominated in bitcoin for the STRAT coin as of today Aug 27th at the price of $7.15
It is making a weekly high and breaking out of a cup pattern and I like the company. Stoploss place at $6.59 and using bittrex prices
