since coinbase is not giving bitcoin cash, should we move our bitcoin to somewhere else?
Like bittrex ? Seems silly to leave it on coinbase and miss out on getting the free bitcoin cash. What are you guys doing, those of you who hold BTC in coinbase ?
I cant believe people still keep coins on exchanges. There have been too many failures/ thefts/ frauds to keep your coins on exchanges. Keep them in a wallet where you control your keys otherwise you should expect to lose them!
how do I transfer from bittrex to a wallet? I was thinking coinbase and bittrex were both "wallets". Where do I get a wallet? any help on that is appreciated
Well... personally I have shifted all of my cryptos from Coinbase to other exchanges as I think there is a high possibility that Coinbase could go down on August 1st.
I have sold my Bitcoins all together and have diversified my portfolio. Will look to get back into Bitcoin at a later date.
I'd recommend putting your BTC somewhere where they assure you that they will keep the BCC, like Bittrex.
