After a sudden surge in bitcoin and crossing $6200 after remaining stable at $5600 for a week, it proved everyone's short term predictions wrong and has made the market unpredictable.
But now as new analysis is done after the surge. It is predicted that bitcoin may further increase till $7400 before its next significant fall.

If the bitcoin price doesn't fall below $4800 it will at least go as high as $7400

Yes, I am predicting an upswing to around 7,800 as well, based on the charting I have done, then a predictable retracement to around 3,800 swinging quickly back up to a steady 4,200. This is an indicator of a later break out to closer to 10,000 before the end of the year. I feel strongly we'll be sitting around 16,000 early next year, just look at the Fibonacci extension values. It's all good guys, if you're in BTC, running your own node (I reccomend Armory), holding your own private keys, you've got it going on. You're seeing this spike in BTC and depression of Altcoins because people are moving alt money into BTC to get into the Bitcoin Gold and Segwit2x forks. Don't get pulled into this nonsense. Both forks will be nonsense, just look at the massive financial losses of the miners who have pursued the Bitcoin Cash fork, they're lost millions of dollars in their commitment to a doomed fork. Stick with BTC Core guys, it is the value holder, it is the future. We've got it made guys, this is the time to BUY BUY BUY alt coins at their depreciated prices. You will be smiling from ear to ear when we go back to those 500-1000% rises in alt coins when all that money comes flowing back into the alt money after the november hard forks.
