How High Will Bitcoin Go?

The question you should really be asking is; How high will it go before I'm satisfied?

Everyone has their own expectations of price bitcoin will reach to be satisfied with their investment. To lay back and say, "I made it!" I believe that million dollar per coin mark is what most would say. What I say to that is; Bitcoin will hit one million per coin and quite possibly will go much higher than that if and when mass adoption happens, and I mean the entire planet, or most of it, you'll then see a million dollar bitcoin. The next question is; When? Not for a while, folks. Bitcoin is a long game. It's not an investment game as some would think. You can use it as an investment but its true intention is to be a peer-to-peer digital cash. And while things are cooking along right now, we are far from this goal.

If you think what is happening with this whole SegWit mess is interrupting the adoption, just wait. All Bitcoin is doing right now is gaining momentum and strength to fight the bigger battles that are coming. Bitcoin is taking on some pretty heavy hitters you know.

Obviously Bitcoin isn't doing anything - it's a program. It responds to what we're doing. But in effect, this is what's happening. As long as the majority agree to have a Bitcoin then we will. How long will mass adoption take? Do this experiment - for one week, ask everyone you meet, "Have you heard of this Bitcoin thing?" They will say yes or no. The way the question is worded, you won't have to explain it if you don't want to. See how many say yes. I'm guessing not a lot. When about fifty percent answer yes, we're on our way... to the moon!
