what could be the reason for the cash and how soon will it take before retracing ?
China announced they will be banning all ICOs which caused the market to flash crash. Add that to the fact that the market was due for a pullback anyway, and you have the perfect FUD storm

Maybe it is really China banning ICOs but who knows.
