I 've just recieved my btc and dash but there are some missing payouts. At this state with 72h ticket support i would wait it out till they get back to normal doing daily payouts. Hope it will be finally fixed in the ongoing days.
Yeap it looks like it! :( Its been 10 days for me. The good news is that I saw some activity on their twitter account but who knows when we will get paid. I am pretty pissed , I just don't know what to do about it.
Genesis has bad a bad run...they will be recover.
