All eyes on Bitcoin's price as British PM Theresa May confirms the UK will leave the single market

Up until now it had been hoped that the UK would stay in the single market, an option they would likely have if they continued to pay into the EU budget, and an option that most economists believed would have eliminated a lot of the economic impact of Brexit.

In an interview with Sophy Ridge on Sky News she said

Often people talk in terms as if we are leaving the EU but we still want to keep bits of membership of the EU. We’re leaving, we’re coming out.

This has sparked concerns on how the markets may react.
