Giga-Watt being sued for Securities Fraud!
The exact reason I asked for papers from them to prove they were valid. I was ASSURED they were legit and while they still could be - there is a law suit out there that could prove otherwise. I was going to send all of my miners to them but their service rep pushed me to 1. ship them my equipment and 2. told me I had to purchase their tokens before they would do anything for me. Plus they never once sent me proof of a business license, proof of insurance, along with where my defined spot would be for my miners. BS!
