Yes there is no longer enough people focused on central authority.
This is why the people behind Bitcoin have taken over the World.
Central Government has failed so these people have simply decided to remove central government.
Money makes the modern world go round . . .
Bitcoin is simply consolidating its Global takeover.
Then we will see if Bitcoin can stop these chaos attacks since obviously governments cannot.

I bought bitcoin dec 750 US$, 03 March Bitcoin = Gold; 9 weeks later Bitcoin is DOUBLE Gold price.
