China Moves to Ban Bitcoin Mining? Is it good or bad?

In one hand, to move the miners out of Chine could be something good because of the chance to descentralize more becoin mining and make the net stronger than allready is.

On the other hand, it could creat panic sell and make the price to fall dramaticly.

What are your opinions on this matter?
