I'm sure it will happen, but idk if it will happen this year or next year. The markets have been very volatile this year, but it has mostly been positive. I'm sure we'll reach $135k before the year is done for Bitcoin. Bitcoin Cash will likely reach $650 by November and Litecoin will stagger on up to a stable $100 in the next few weeks.
