What happen to Aurora mine? Bitcoin cloud mining

I tried several times today to withdraw my balance, but i cannot withdraw.

I had also contact tjem in their email support, but no one reply at all..Is it this website cloud mining a scam? I had only invest a few dollars last two days i had withdraw a very minimal balance, since if you withdraw a big amount there is a red square appear on the top.

I don't know if this is a scam.

Please message if someone knows about this.
