Goldman-backed startup Circle buys major crypto exchange Poloniex

doesn't sound good to me because cryptocurrency were mean to take away the money controlling power away from #banks but again if banks will start taking over the #exchanges by buying them for handsome amount then everything will be of no use...
whats your take on this....
