Project Objectives
1.Create blocks with different levels of access and information protection. The level of access to data security must meet the needs of government agencies.
2.Unite all participants in the automotive industry, the examples are dealers, manufacturers, insurance companies, Service stations, and developers of navigation systems in one ecosystem for the purposes of data exchange.
3.Build infrastructure and provide direct access to the database for each participant in the market.

How VINchain Works
Buyer signs up on the website of the service provider or in the mobile app. After obtaining registration approval, buyer is allowed to check Blockchain of the car, give the passport by entering vehicle VIN number.
The Service providers verify client requests by verifying availability of the data in entire service provider databases and give client a free and short report. This short and free report is a preview of the amount of information in the full report. If a buyer is satisfied with a brief report, they can follow up and purchase the entire report. And if the buyer decides to make a purchase, they must pay using a pre-determined payment method and receive vehicle's Blockchain passport in the full version.
