Going down down down

Look at those overall trend lines. Its hard to discern much of a difference there, but the first one is BTC, the second ETH.

Amazing how they mimic each other, or well, ETH mimics BTC.

At this point, BTC's next strongest support level is at $2342, set on June 27th. What ETH does on its own, is really irrelevant since it in fact follows what BTC does. If you plan on placing a limit buy on ETH, I set mine at $230.

Could it go that low again? Its taken a few days, but it certainly looks like BTC/ETH is headed back down to its strongest support levels. It may go even lower, who knows.

Oddly enough I had $183.50 show up in my GDAX account tonight, no idea where it came from.....but Ill take it! :P

Bought in 276.3 out 275 small loss. Gotta take it like a man sometimes

Yah in this market, definitely have to roll with the punches. Trend lines are your friend! lol!

I guess the market is waiting for the big BTC news in August and Casper for ETH... will be a nice buy month July :)

Casper? You're either referring to Vitalek or something else, guess Ill ask google :)

Ahahah poor Vitalik.... Casper is the new protocol they will implement that will move from PoW to PoS... which means no more mining on ETH but instead, everybody gets interests for holding ETH in their wallet :)

Interest would be awesome. Thats the only downside I learned early on with ETH pulling out profits. I may have pulled $500 out to wet my beak, but I pulled out 2 ETH for that $500 that was worth almost twice that a few weeks later.

I think we will see big difference... because while with PoW miners get the profits.... with PoS everybody gets a slice of the cake... so profits in reality will be quite low considering the are almost 100M coins available already.... I guess we have to wait and see how the market will react to it.

How low you think ETH will go?

You mean during this bath? I see it between 200-250, quite a big range, I know... As you can see from my latest post my portfolio has already 50%+ in ETH... If it goes around 230-240 I will buy even more... Long run I see it touching $500 in the next 6-8 months and in 2-3 years $1,000... So to be honest all values are good. I go for the long run, so I don't really mind if there are baths along the way, I'm opposite because I can buy in more :)

A bath indeed. I was holding out for it bottoming out at its most latest low at $206, don't think that's happening. Looks like it started to trend up through the night ever so slightly. Think Ill just buy in now and keep my fingers crossed. Id love to buy more too, but I promised myself Id invest and work with what I had, thus far Ive quadrupled my initial investment, so I'm still up. When it goes down like like this, I'm not buying, I'm hoping it gets as low as possible so I can buy back in when I sold it at $312.

Are you a 'hold fast' sailor during these choppy waters? Or do you dart in out with buy/sell orders when its in the price channel?

I cashed out a few days ago while it was above $300, been watching it drop. Had a limit buy set up at $270, cancelled that yesterday afternoon. Waiting for $235.

I have a lil Classic, sold what little ETH I had last week... I don't see myself buying any unless I understand more about what's going on... Focusing on Bitcoin and Litecoin at the moment..

LTC is the safest bet of them all in my opinion. Im looking to make money though, that's definitely not happening with LTC. I did make $180 off LTC when we had that upswing before the flash crash though.
