Hello to all the blockchain fans everywhere you are.
this time I want to give an explanation about a platform about the loan, consider the following explanation.

An entrepreneur is required to have a variety of brilliant ideas. These ideas are then the beginning in developing the business that is being run.

However, developing a business is certainly not enough to rely solely on ideas. Because the various other components are also not less important in supporting the way business. One of them is the business capital that will be used later.

To get venture capital, certainly not an easy job. Given this capital you could need in large enough quantities. It will be more complicated if you can not meet the requirements to apply for a loan to the bank.

This becomes one of the obstacles for businessmen let alone who just pioneered the business for the first time. It's not an easy thing to get a loan, right?

There are two relatively new systems in Indonesia introduced by fintech, Peer-to-Peer (P2P) and Crowdfunding. Both of these systems do seem to have similarities between one and the other. If examined more deeply, both have considerable differences.

  1. Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Lending
Peer-to-Peer (P2P) is a system (platform) that bring together lenders (creditor) with the borrower (debtor). In P2P, borrowed money is also charged a number of interest per month to compete with the interest of Unsecured Loans (KTA).

In practice, lending and borrowing activities in P2P are conducted online. Lenders and borrowers do not meet each other. In addition, you can get a loan without the need to pledge anything (without collateral). Once the loan is approved, you will be bound by the agreement regarding the obligations to the lender.

  1. Crowdfunding
In contrast to other lending systems, in crowdfunding or fundraising, you actually get some funds in the form of donations. Similar to P2P, crowdfunding involves three parties: project owners, funders, and platform providers.

You just need to tell your business idea and the business opportunities ahead. If anyone is interested, funders will roll out or jointly provide funds for the course of your business. On the other hand, crowdfunding is also used as a fund-raising action for social purposes.

So, in Crowdfunding, you should at least tell the story about your project. If the funder is interested and happy with the story you are likely to get funding for your existing project, Peer-to-Peer (P2P) equals debt, while Crowdfunding is like a donation. Equally, funds are earned online through the platform provider. Other differences between Peer-to-Peer (P2P) and Crowdfunding are:

In P2P, you will be exposed to a written agreement regarding the amount of funds you borrow from the investors and the repayment obligations. It also requires you to provide detailed information related to the business as agreed. While Crowdfunding does not require a written agreement because of its voluntary nature.
Crowdfunding requires your ability to properly present project ideas through a platform provider so many are interested in giving the funds. While P2P does not require it.

But it's all connected to HOMELEND PLATFORM CROWDFUNDING MORTGAGE. We're building a blockchain-based, peer-to-peer mortgage loan platform.

How does it work?
By utilizing distributed ledger (DLT) and smart contracting technologies, Homelend brings together individual borrowers and lenders on an end-to-end platform that simplifies and automates the entire process of mortgage origination.

The Homelend Advantage

From Manual & Length, to Efficient & Efficient
By embedding predefined business logic into smart contracts, digitizing documentation and eliminating unnecessary processes, Homelend will automatically initiate end-to-end origination, cutting it from 50 days to less than 20.

From Ambigu & Clunky to Transparent & User-Friendly
Homelend aims to create a loan process that is not only smart, but also simple and fair. This will allow borrowers to be able to easily apply for loans, track the status of their application at any time and interact directly with mortgage lenders.

From Intermediation Fee to Cost-Effective & Free-Middleman
The firmness, security and transparency provided by DLT makes it possible to record transactions, including loans, without the bank acting as an intermediary. This will reduce the costs to borrowers and lenders, while minimizing the distance between them.

From Vulnerable & Unreliable Trusted & Safe
Centralized and paper-based processes are the key factors behind the insecurity and vulnerability that characterize the traditional mortgage industry. The unique characteristics of DLT and smart contracts allow Homelend to provide a platform for people to transact large sums of money in a trustworthy, transparent, and secure way.

HMD Token is the energy source for homelike fellow lending platform. Its main function is to provide access to the Homelend platform.

These tokens also play an important role in making the workflow quick, smooth, and easy to use, consistent and secure.

All cards can be changed to and from HMD.
