Hello & Cheers!! I'm a content detection and information bot. You are receiving this reply because a short link or links have been detected in your post/comment. The purpose of this message is to inform your readers and yourself about the use of and dangers of short links.

To the readers of the post: Short links are provided by url shortening services. The short links they provide can be useful in some cases. Generally their use is benign. But as with all useful tools there are dangers. Short links can be used to hide all sorts of things. Quite frequently they are used to hide referral links for instance. While not dangerous this can be deceptive. They can also be used to hide dangerous links such as links to phishing sites, sites loaded with malware, scam sites, etc. You should always be extremely cautious before clicking on one. If you don't know and trust the poster don't click. Even if you do you should still be cautious and wary of any site you are sent to. It's always better to visit the site directly and not through a short link.

To the author of the post: While short links may be useful on some sites they are not needed on steemit. You can use markdown to format your links such as this link to steemit. It's as simple as [steemit](https://steemit.com) Unlike short links this allows the reader to see where they are going by simply hovering over the link before they click on it.

This message was created by a bot. It is part of the ongoing fight against spam and phishing attacks on steemit. If you did not use short links in your post and feel you have received this message in error you can contact @fubar-bdhr on discord or @fubar.bdhr on steemit chat to report the issue.

Ouch.
But I heard the B2X fork is not cancelled, it's just merely postponed.

blah blah - People get greedy may come back to it later. I honestly have had enough of these.

Screws up the whole market for the Alt's with everyone consolidating in to BTC.

I had been buying alts during that time. I'm surprised we haven't seen a correction to BTC price though.

A lot of people have been buying Bitcoin just for the fork, if it's merely postponed, those people are still there...That would make it natural that we haven't seen a correction..
Anyhow, it has been a great day for the alts😁👍

Tons of new money is coming in on the slight dip look at the overall market cap. Also, so many Alt's shot up 20-30% range people took profit back to BTC. I know I did on WTC, Vert, Lisk

I'm a bit divided about this...
First of all, the guy takes a crazy risk (if what he is writing is true!), and then he tries to pump his investment...Nothing wrong about pumping, there is a lot of pumpers, even here on Steemit😉
What I don't understand is, why do people feel the need to step on a guy who is already on the ground??
People, treat each other with more respect...could make this world a much better place...👍
Just my thoughts😁

He thought he could take a risk and write how smart he was for doing it. When it was never announced it would definitely occur and out of his control. Who knows may it comes around in 3 months and he is a genius. Maybe 40K is not that much to him and it was a bet he was willing to make. Either way I learned a while ago in crypto not to do anything until this last second everything can change in heartbeat and the crypto gods are cruel.

Of course the guy had an attitude problem..but still...
Yeah, things can change in a heartbeat...

this is another so informative post from you ..
you are so helpful ...
thanks for sharing

don't laugh on him... this can happen to anyone :(
