This one is insane, probably the biggest heist we Icelanders have ever seen.
But we'd much rather have Bitcoin mining farms getting our energy then disgusting aluminum companies that have basically gotten the energy for free with their shady negotiations.
we are loosing tomuch in cryptocurrency and they don't care because they making money from the poor

What were they thinking? Iceland is a remote island, thus very difficult to escape with all this hardware. They can mine BTC in prison now...
