Itai was having some issues being that he'd just arrived to the area via one way ticket from Israel. After a couple days of establishing an american bank account/phone number etc he is now earning GAS from his Neo investment. His first bank transaction was denied and he spent thirty minutes on the phone with the bank, ASKING to use his money.
