Just curious. Did you bother sweeping your btc to another wallet just to be safe before claiming your bgold? I guess this could partly be why btc is so backed up with transactions.
No i did not. Trezor did the splitting for me. You can be super safe and move your BTC to another wallet. It does not hurt. I doubt enough people did such things and thus it is impossible it has anything to do with the current backup in transactions
