Only a 25 % Chance that Bitcoin will Rise after March 11 ?

Bitcoin Rise again. But how long?
Why?
The Winklevoss ETF has only a 25% Chance to get accepted on March 11...
And Then? That is the holy Question.
What do you Think? Will the ETF be accepted? It would be the nicest thing since the Creating of the Bitcoin Cryptocurrency.

The Wiklevoss Brothers want a Fonds where every People can Invest in it from 10$ and above. And this in the Real World Money System - JUST AMAZING !
If this happens all Bitcoin Lovers will be Happy and The bitcoin will rise to another sky highs...
But what will happen if the ETF will be not accepted?
Thats Future, we will se it in just 10 Days from NOW ...
