My Top Coins - Not To Buy
Bitcoin - It is historical cryptocurrency, like the first vehicle, and I will always honor it...
But it just loses so much for the other coins, that it doesn't seem like a good choice for investments, nor it forks.
Ripple - A centralized coin, it is kind of sad that this is actually the most expensive coin on the market, go for Stellar if you like what Ripple does.
Litecoin - Same technology like bitcoin, might be it will pump like ripple and bitcoin, but in long term, it is also loses.
Neo - Sounds like it lost his momentov for much better solutions like ADA and soon EOS.
Dogecoin - It started like a joke, and should stay a joke.
Sia - This coin now costs too much, when it will cost 2 billion, its storage will cost like dropbox, but the fact is they really do storage like in 80th, I had terrible experience using them, don't see how someone will prefer to use Sia in the near future (Storj has some potential to grow)
ReddCoin - the main thing I ask myself is, wether the proposed solution really needs blockchain, I could find why this project need it.
GameCredits - Every crypto can be game credit, you don't really need one, CryptoKitties prove it (there is now also CryptoPussies lol).
Bitcoin is getting a bad rap for no reason its small percent loses ripple for sure is just trash its just like a power hungry back which is why cryptos are trying to get rid of!
I personally don't like about Bitcoin that they ignore the fact that there is a need in urgent scaling solution.
Its like the greedy miners who monopol bitcoin core don't want it to have cheep fees, and they should get "punished" for this...
Lightning networks sounds extremely dangerous to me, and too complex...
Keep in mind that no other cryptocurrency is as big as Bitcoin right now. All the others will face scaling issues, and as far as I know most consensus algos aren’t as secure (yet). They aren’t ignoring the scaling issues, there are multiple solutions being worked on, LN is just one of them. And yes, it’s extremely complex, but no one said it would be easy, otherwise it would have been done already.
