So, instead of putting money into BTC, which has dated technology and governance that makes technical innovation difficult, modify your theory by leaving BTC off your list.

Good chance one of the others in the top 20 will be a long term survivor.

VERY VERY good chance that BTC will not be along term survivor. The innovators that plough the initial path, rarely survive the industry shake out and consolidation.
