Using Elliott Waves and Chart patterns is a very powerful combination.
Below we see that the fifth wave has been placed and we are in the middle of a correction at the moment. Usually retracing to prior wave four but not necessary.
PLEASE REMEMBER :

using fib levels I have labelled a POSSIBLE end to the ABC correction. Please note that this could turn into a triangle as well. @haejin always tells me to never attempt to trade a downtrend/ correction... let it finish then get in at the end. Ride the 5 Waves up!
