I personally really like BTC-E they have been a reliable exchange for many years.
I remember when people said it was the most shady exchange but after mtgox mintpal cryptsy and now bitfinex.
I say they have proven themselves to be a trustworthy middle man and service.
Just remember to deposit trade then withdraw always the best practice. Never leave coins on a exchange.
Making profit with 0 fees must be very easy.
