Be quiet, don't look too much the market, it is the best way to do mistakes ;)
If you are holding BTC and you want to sell, I really advice you to sell in different parts, 20% at one moment, 20% at others moments and so on.
You won't have always the best price but it will avoid you to sell everything in one time and see after the BTC did X3
