Nice! There's a lot of different strategies to earn here and I won't bore you with the details but it's possible to earn much much more than 5-15% per year in annual returns that traditional investments usually yield (if you're lucky).

I still hold most of my net worth in the equity in my home and my 401K but as far as investing money that I can afford to lose this is a no-brainer.
