How to solve a problem like a Bitcoin ETF

I am the Founder of a company that is planning to solve the current problems surrounding (ETF for our North American readers) and (ETI Fund for our European readers).
We are offering large scale mining for individuals and corporates that want to hold bitcoins and alternative currencies for long term investment. this make perfect sense for the likes of Pension Funds and wealth companies, shared large scale mining operations creates a mega mine and thus boosts the mining output and everyone does better in the long term and everyone is happy.
The second part is to create a regulated and Listed fund, we are currently creating two funds that will be established and backed by one of the largest fund managers in the world (both will be ETF (ETI Funds) and listed.
will be regulated and listed in Frankfurt, this will be for our clients in Europe and anyone who wants to invest on the Frankfurt Exchange. We will also list on Nasdaq and Bloomberg for increased capacity and exposure. (this will be structured as a basket with multiple currencies offering a ever changing index price and will offer greater liquidity.
Will be a Fund Listed on the London Stock Exchange, we will approach the FCA in the UK to regulate the fund, this fund will allow Pension Schemes, large institutions, family trusts, Private Trusts and anyone wanting to trade on the fluctuations in the Bitcoin price index and make short term wins and make a quick profit.
