Thank you for sharing this new ICO. This is a very interesting idea, but I wonder about how strong their legal department is. They are going to need a lot of lawyers to manage all the different property laws around the world.
But this could be a very interesting new idea if they can make it work. I will definitely be looking into this further.
The big question is how secure will be their smart contract on the eth blockchain! I checked their code with securify.com but they are not disclosing a lot! Especially in real estate where probably big sum of cryptos will be transfer the smart contract need to be bulletproof! Also for was concerning the attack yesterday @crypto0
