Fear of USD value crash keeps money in crypto, it's a great fear that earns me tons of USD from crpyto, because I fear crypto more than USD
With more money comes more power, and the best way to manage that power is... mind my own business.

USD is not going to crash anytime soon. A crash of the EU (which will come first) would send a ton of money into US Treasuries and a flight to safety. USD will make huge gains before dying a slow long death sometime in the future.
I see it another way. I say by "September to October." I feel we are going to war soon and it isn't going to be good. This will cause the crash aside from EU. The last time trump signed an executive order gold went up. Brexit also blasted up gold. When people are in fear they dump their money elsewhere.
Gold bounced 6.3% after Brexit. Hardly blasting up. Listen, I own physically gold & silver and will never sell it. It is insurance. But during crisis times money floods into US Treasuries, not precious metals. There are very limited amount of supply of precious metals. Money cannot move there, it is not liquid. Money flows where it can. Look at the price of gold & silver during the 2007/8 financial crisis. Pennies on the dollar. Why? Because the USD got so strong during the crisis because money from all over the world flowed to the safest haven. Markets are markets. Understand them. Do not try to impose your will on them. Do not be emotional be smart.

I actually don't think USD will crash quickly. Most likely it would be a gradual decline over time. Crypto is quite interesting but it's an bumpy ride with all the volatility compared to USD. Great work on that workout. Adding some interval training in might be a good idea to increase the amount of fat you burn during these workouts.
