- 오늘 아침, 코인들의 시세는 대부분 하락세를 보이고 있다. 시가총액 기준 100위권 코인들 중, 8개의 코인만 상승했고 나머지 코인은 전부 하락했다. BTC는 현재 0.95% 하락해 11,351.90달러에 거래되고 있다. LTC는 현재 4.04% 상승해 233.11달러에 거래되고 있다. ETH는 현재 5.04% 하락해 903.19달러에 거래되고 있다. ETC는 현재 5.56% 하락해 39.81달러에 거래되고 있다. XRP는 현재 5.73% 하락해 1.08달러에 거래되고 있다. BCH는 현재 8.77% 하락해 1,413.20달러에 거래되고 있다.
- 테마별 코인 역시 대부분 하락했다. 하락폭이 비교적 작은 테마코인은 비트코인 하드포크 테마(-0.28%), 플랫폼 테마(-1.32%), IFO 테마(-1.59%)다. 하락폭이 비교적 큰 테마코인은 DAG 테마(-8.99%), 정보보안 테마(-10.34%), 슈퍼컴퓨터 테마(-10.35%)다.
- CBOE 기준 비트코인 선물 3개월물은 11,260달러에 거래되고 있다. 4개월물은 11,230달러에 거래되고 있다. CME 기준 비트코인 선물 2개월물은 11,275달러에 거래되고 있고, 2월 23일에 결산될 예정이다.
- DOGE 성공적으로 이더리움 Rinkeby 테스트 네트워크와 연계되어, 앞으로 이더리움 플록체인 상에서의 토큰 어플리케이션과 스마트 컨트랙트와 DOGE 네트워크와의 호환이 가능해졌다.
- 베네수엘라정부는 어제 오일코인 Petro의 사전예약판매서비스를 개시했다. 약 3,840만개를 발행할 예정이고 초기가격은 60 달러로 책정되었다. 러시아와 스웨덴도 현재 정부 주도의 암호화폐를 발행할 계획을 세우고 있다.
- 리투아니아 중앙은행은 자국의 ICO 프로젝트인 BNK를 인가했다. 이 프로젝트는 현재까지 1억 유로(한화 약 1,325억원) 이상의 투자를 유치했다.
- 러시아는 ICO담보투자센터 설립을 추진 중이며, 러시아국유개발은행은 블록체인을 기반으로 한 결제시스템을 개발하고 있다.
- 연구결과, 미국인 중 7%의 인구가 암호화폐를 가지고 있지만 그 중 0.04%만 세금신고를 했다. 미국 와이오밍 주 하원에서는 암호화폐 면세 관련 입법제안서가 통과 되었다. 캘리포니아 주에서는 블록체인 데이터의 합법성을 인정해달라는 입법제안서가 상정되었다.
- 독일 감독기관인 BaFin은 현재까지의 ICO를 심사하여 최적의 법적 프레임을 가려내고자 한다.
- 이스라엘정부는 비트코인을 포함한 암호화폐를 자산으로 취급하여 세금을 징수할 예정이다.

The market for most of the coins has decreased this morning. Among the coins in the top 100 by market capitalization, only 8 coins rose and all other coins fell. BTC is currently down 0.95 percent to settle at $ 11,351.90. LTC is currently trading up to $ 233.11, rising by 4.04 percent. ETH is currently down 5.04 % and trading at $ 903.19. ETCs are currently down 5.56 %, trading at $ 39.81. XRP is currently down 5.73 % and trading at $ 1.08. BCH is currently down 8.77 percent to trade at $ 1,413.20.
- Most of the coins for each theme were also down. The smaller coin themes are the Bitcone Hard Fork theme (- 0.28 %), the Platform theme (- 1.32 %) and the IFO theme (- 1.59 %). The larger drop in the coin themes are the DAG theme (- 8.99 %), the information security theme (- 10.34 %), and the supercomputer theme (- 10.35 %).
- The three (3) month long coin futures based on CBOE are trading at $ 11,260. The four monthers are trading at $ 11,230. Two monthly cash gifts for the CME base bit coin are traded at $ 11,275 and are scheduled to close on February 23.
