The founder of CLOUT, Sean Kirtz, a digital marketing genius, is one of the prominent members of the cryptocurrency community. With a Magna Cum Laude Degree from Florida Atlantic under his belt, he is also a fintech solution architect, and a proficient entrepreneur. Gifted with a keen eye for opportunities, he has been actively involved in every possible sphere of the crypto space, from providing ideas and advice to founding Bitcoin Day Traders, a social community for cryptocurrency enthusiasts as well as Extreme Web Solutionz or XWS, a DevOps, mobile and web firm. Having also volunteered as a wrestling coach for more than 5 years, he is adept at taking blows, and handing out some too! His open style of communication is what brings out the best in all team members.

Jen Buakaew is the CEO and is also in charge of the marketing strategies and investment collaboration within the Asia-Pacific region. Jen has a zest for all things blockchain and crypto. With a Masters in Business Administration International from Griffith University, Australia, she is an experienced professional in the field of International Marketing, Foreign Direct Investment as well as Brand Strategic Management. She also won the UMAP Scholarship, and is passionate about Strategic Marketing. Based in Perth, West Australia, she is an eminent public speaker and believes in the power of crypto and blockchain based solutions to empower individuals and solve global issues too.

Andrew Zubko, a software developer and technology expert, has many blockchain projects under his belt. Having seen success in the blockchain space with clients from private as well as public sector, Andrew has an impressive technology stack and is responsible for designing and implementing the architecture for CLOUT. His tryst with blockchain began as early as 2014, and he is noted for his novel approach as well as sound technological knowledge to provide best solutions.

Destiny Aigbe, the dynamic Securities Attorney and General Counsel for Team CLOUT is an experienced securities lawyer, and has clients from public as well as private sector, ranging from broker dealers to investment banking firms to individual entrepreneurs to public and private firms. His skills are multifarious and his knowledge of his field is extensive. Highly knowledgeable about ICO/ blockchain/ cryptocurrency, he is a B.S. in Finance with Honors at the University of Maryland, Robert H. Smith School of Business. He went on to attend Vanderbilt University Law School where he focused on the Law of Finance and Mergers & Acquisitions and earned a certificate in Law and Business. Actively involved in online investing communities, he is popular among activist investors and research firms that are working towards promoting disclosure, loyalty, and duty to stockholders as well as investors.

Ihor Pidruchny, the Tech Team Lead, has hands-on experience in cryptocurrencies and blockchain along with social media, trading and B2B solutions. Having worked extensively with the startup ecosystem in Toronto and Silicon Valley, he has developed top notch products for them. His vast knowledge about all things IT makes him the ideal man to lead the team at CLOUT to provide custom blockchain solutions, technical assistance, and consultancy with cryptocurrencies. His mission is to develop technology that is easy to use, powerful, popular, and one that will become the standard in the modern business environment.

Vilma Mattila, heading International Business, is passionate about blockchain and all that is related to technology and fintech. Holding a Licentiate of Law & Business and MBA from London School of Management, she is fluent in 5 languages and is adept in diverse business strategies too. With her previous experience with European Chamber of Commerce in China where she handled foreign direct investments, advised in business & tax issues and planned global strategic growth plans, she is conversant with business practices across three continents. Currently based in China, she is an expert in Intellectual Property Law as well as Information & Communications Technology Law. A visionary, her goal is to build a community for women in cryptocurrency.

Mykola Kovach, the UI Designer for CLOUT, is a professional with experience in designing corporate websites, complex enterprise UI, mobile friendly designs, mobile apps and interactive and response systems. He has worked with several international teams and is committed to creating beautiful, clean, usable online experience that also incorporates modern designs and latest UI trends.

Gavin Nation joins CLOUT Network as Project Manager. Gavin is a professional civil engineer with experience crossing both public and private sectors. He is a strategist and believes in forming methodologies from first principles. Forming connections across the cryptocurrency network is at Gavin's core. Being an enthusiast of the blockchain-technology realm, he sees exponential growth and room, allowing an entrance for business enterprise. When asked why he joined CLOUT, Gavin said that he wanted, “To aid and make a positive impact for quality news and education surrounding cryptocurrency.” He further stated that it is undeniable that CLOUT as an all-in-one crypto media hub is what the community deserves. “When something is important enough, you do it even if the odds are not in your favor,” concluded Gavin, as he walked towards his office evidently to start planning for a kickass marketing campaign for the CLOUT Network.

Another illustrious individual to join Team CLOUT as an Advisor is Jay Kim. Jay is an ICO investor and advisor. Jay holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s in Computer Science and has more than 20 years of IT experience in blockchain/crypto, mobile/web and telecom and has worked with eminent companies like Motorola, Samsung and Ericsson. A crypto evangelist, he is an expert in crypto and bitcoin security.
